Where is my order?


You will receive an email from us when we receive your order. If this is not received within 6hrs, after checking your email junk file, please contact us.

When we have despatched your order, you will again receive an email from us. If this is not received within 48hrs, please contact us.

If your order has not arrived with the timeframe expected, again, please contact us.




Can I edit or cancel my order?


As soon as you place your order, we hope to be packaging and sending it the same or next day (depending on the time of the order). If you email us, we will be able to advise if your order has been sent. You will still be able to return your items to us once received. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for further details.




I have items missing


We're very sorry that this has happened and will complete the order as soon as you've told us about it via email. Remember to include:

  • Your name and the order number
  • The detail(s) of what you should have received

We'll be in touch as soon as possible.




I have received a faulty item


We apologise if you've received your item and it's faulty.

If this is the case, you should contact us via email as soon as possible, with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • Product name and code
  • A picture of the damaged item, showing the damage with a description

We will then get back to you to discuss how you would like to proceed.

If you discover that your item is faulty after 14 days we reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.

The item received isn't what I ordered


We're very sorry that this has happened, and will get the correct item to you as soon as you've told us about it via email. Remember to include:

  • Your name and the order number

  • A picture and description of the incorrect item received.

  • The name of what you should have received

Please don't return the item to us just yet - but do keep it safe. We'll be in touch!




What are your delivery charges?


Delivery charges vary, and are constantly being updated.

We have various delivery options available, at different costs, from Royal Mail, Hermes and DHL to enable you to select the perfect choice.

The delivery charges include packaging costs.

For orders over £75:00, we offer Royal Mail second class postage free. You can select this service on the checkout page.

How long will it be before I receive my items?


We aim to get your items packaged and sent out as quickly as possible. All of our delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

We will endeavour to get the orders for Express Delivery out the same day (depending on the time of your order) and Standard Delivery within 36hrs.

Once we have passed your order to our carrier, we will email you the details.

Please be aware, that there may be delays due to the current Covid 19 epidemic that are out of our control.




My items have arrived, and they're wrapped in plastic! Why?


We are committed to helping the environment, and although we would prefer to use packaging more eco-friendly than bubble wrap, we receive many deliveries with items packaged in it. Rather than disposing of it straight away, we will reuse it if it is still in good condition. If not, and it requires disposing of, we will take it to our nearest plastics recycling centre rather than send it to a landfill. Find your nearest recycling point for plastic, including carrier bags and bubble wrap here.
