Can I return my item?


Goods bought online give you additional rights over those purchased in a shop. This is because you have only a description and photograph(s) to rely on, and what you receive may not be what you expected. Under the Consumer Credit Regulations, you are allowed to return an item if you change your mind. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment that you place your order and up to 14 days from the day that your order is delivered to you (or your safe place, your neighbour etc). There are exceptions to this rule, being: CD's, DVD's or software if the seal on the wrapping has been broken; Perishable, tailor-made or personalised items; Goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that have been broken and goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

Therefore if you wish to return any of your items, you must inform us within 14 days by email. You then have 14 days from the date of the email to return your items.

You will be expected to cover the cost of returning unwanted items.

The amount paid for the goods will be refunded into your Ammil account which can be used against further purchases. We will also return into your account the amount of the standard delivery charge for the item.




When will I receive my refund for my unwanted items?


Once the item(s) have been received by us, and have gone through our checking process, the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded into your Ammil account immediately. This will be within 14 days from us receiving the package.




Can I exchange my faulty item?


Of course! We will discuss this option with you when we contact you. It may be for an identical item (as long as they are in stock, or due to be arriving back in stock with a timeframe agreeable with you), or for another item currently in stock.

Return of unwanted item(s)

If You are unhappy with the product that You have purchased from Us, please let us know. Our Returns and Refunds Policy gives You 14 days to inform Us, via email of Your wish to return the item, and then another 14 days from the date of the email to return your item.

After the initial 14 days, We can only offer a return in exceptional circumstances. Please contact Us to discuss.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the items must be repacked safely and securely in the packaging that they arrived in, along with any accessories, labels, gifts, bonus items, and any manuals or documentation that shipped with the product. If the item arrived in a box and packaging within the delivery box, this must also be included and be as new on return.

The amount paid for the item(s) plus the standard delivery charge paid for the original delivery will be refunded into your Ammil account.

A refund will be refused if:

  • An item has obvious signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged in transit or has missing parts
  • Returned after 28 days without agreement with us

Return of faulty item(s)

We apologise if you've received your item and it's faulty.

If this is the case, you should contact us via email as soon as possible, with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • Product name
  • A picture of the damaged item, showing the damage with a description

We will then get back to you to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Late or missing refunds:

If Your refund is missing, please check Your Ammil account to see if credit has been placed onto Your account.

Next contact your bank, there maybe some processing time before a refund is posted.

Finally, contact us via email - we are only human, and we may have made a mistake!




How long does it take for my return to be processed?


The processing of returns will usually be immediately, but may, in unusual circumstances take up to 14 days from receipt.




My Item is faulty. What should I do?


We apologise if you've received your item and it's faulty. If this is the case, you should contact us via email as soon as possible, with the following details: Your name and order number Product name and code A picture of the damaged item, showing the damage with a description We will then get back to you to discuss how you would like to proceed.

If you discover that your item is faulty after 14 days we reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
